Managing Programs

In this article, we'll show you how to create a Program. The Programs feature is a straightforward tool that helps you categorise and organise your shows. If, for instance, you have an Autumn and a Spring Program in your venue, this feature allows you to categorise your shows under the appropriate Program for reporting.

Adding Programs

To add a new Program go to Manage > Programs:

Click the Add New button at the top left of the page.

1. Give your program a name such as 'Spring 2024'.

2. Ensure the toggle is switched to on (blue) for Active program.

3. Click Add.

Program settings

1. Once you've added a new program, a Settings tab will appear at the top of the page. Within this tab, you'll be able to edit settings for all Shows that sit within that Program.

2. To edit any of the settings for a program, click on the relevant setting that you need to change.

In the example below, the "online booking fee" set for the whole account is £2. In this instance though, we want to apply an online booking fee of £1.50 just for Shows that sit within this Program so we simply click on the setting and type 1.50. All Shows outside of this Program will still retain the £2 online booking fee.

Adding a Show to a Program

With the program now built, we can now add Shows to it. A Program can be added at the time of creating the Show, or anytime afterwards.

1. Go to Manage > Shows.

2. In the Program box click into the dropdown and select the desired Program by scrolling or typing the name of it to search.

3. Click Update Show.
