Overview 

This setting allows you to decide which Permissions are applied at account, subdomain, program or show level. Permissions can be either set to required, or optional. If set to required, the customer will not be able to confirm their order until the Permission is agreed to. This article explains how to create Permissions

Notes

  • Active and inactive permissions can be seen in the "permission_options" setting. If an inactive permission is selected, the permission will still be visible and usable in the cart.
  • On the online Ticketsolve site, customers will see Permissions during the Billing Details stage of checking out if items in their cart match an enabled Permission. 
  • Customers will see required or optional Permissions below the Terms & Conditions box and any enabled communication opt-in boxes (email, post, SMS, third party):

  • Permissions are also applicable during checkout through Box Office and will appear once a customer is added to the cart. To access the Permission, press the Additional Options (3 dots) icon:
