Overview
This setting is where the design for a print at home/e-receipt for a product is created.
It can be set at account or subdomain level, but can also be modified at a to create a more unique design, such as for gift vouchers.
This e-receipt will be delivered in a confirmation email and downloadable as a PDF, for an order when the following is met:
1) The order contains a print at home/e-ticket fulfilment option (or the setting "allow print at home" is set to Always)
And
2) The Line Item - Product option in the "printing policy" setting is enabled
And
3) Permit Printed Receipt? is enabled on the product.
Notes
- If an order contains a print at home / e-ticket fulfilment option but is printed at the box office, the physical product receipt design that prints out will be the one from the "template_data_product" setting instead.
- If an order containing only a product is not printing, it is most likely because criteria 2 or 3 above are not enabled.
