Overview 

This setting enables the "Benefit expiry warning" and "Benefit expired" template emails to be sent to customers with expiring/expired benefit products. 

Notes

• Use the setting "benefit_expiry_warning_days" to set the number of days pre-expiry a customer will be sent a "Benefit expiry warning" template email.
• If no values are set in the "benefit_expiry_warning_days" setting, only the "Benefit expired" template email will be sent to the customer on the day their benefit product expires.
• If a customer renews their benefit product before it expires, they will not receive "Benefit expiry warning" or "Benefit expired" emails.
