Overview

This setting gives the functionality to set limits to booking fees per order for box office, online and phone orders.

Enter a numerical value, such as "5" or "5.50" and the total amount of booking fees for the corresponding order types will be capped at the value set.

For example, if you have a per ticket online booking fee of £1/€1, and you set a booking charge limit in this setting of "5", even if a customer adds 10 tickets to their cart, they will only be charged the maximum of £5/€5 in online booking fees. 

Notes

• This setting only applies to per ticket booking fees, which are set for box office, online and phone. It does not apply to booking charges.
  
  
• This setting can only be determined on account level. However, if it is a per ticket booking fee, the value of the booking fee can be amended at an account, subdomain, program, show or event level using the "boxoffice_booking_fee_amount", "online_booking_fee_amount" and "phone_booking_fee_amount" settings. Per cart fees can only be set on account level and not amended at any other levels.
