Overview
This setting is typically used for show or event-specific post-event notes. The "post_event_customer_alert_snippet" setting can be set at Account, Program, Show and Event level. The highest set will be pulled through to the post-event alert email, with the Event level being the highest and the Account being the lowest.
The text in this setting populates the post-event customer alert email template in the snippet field:
