In this article, we are going to look at some handy functions when processing a group booking at the Box Office. Whether it's a large group sitting together, or selecting multiple seats in different locations, these tools can help you save time.
How to select multiple seats - A quick video
Important
When using these tools as explained below, all ticket types and price must be the same for the seat selections. You will need to do separate seat selections for each price needed.
Selecting a group of seats together
In the Box Office, find the Event and click View Tickets.
1. To select a group of seats together, hold down your mouse and use the lasso tool to cover the selection needed. In the example below, we have covered 12 seats.
2. Choose the ticket type and price on the right hand side.
3. Continue the sale as usual.
To deselect seats, click away from the seating plan and you will be taken back to the Box Office.
Selecting multiple individual seats or multiple groups of seats
1. To select seats not located next to each other, hold down the shift key while selecting each seat.
2. To select multiple groups of seats, hold down the shift key and use the lasso tool to select as many smaller groups as needed.
3. Choose the ticket type and price on the right hand side.
4. Continue the sale as usual.
To deselect seats, click away from the seating plan and you will be taken back to the Box Office.
