What is the Reserved Checkout Mailer?
The Reserved Checkout Mailer is sent automatically to the customer’s email address after a reservation is placed at the Box Office when the "send reserved checkout mailer" setting is enabled on the Ticketsolve account. The email contains details of the reservation and a link to view the full order details online.
The default Reserved Checkout Mailer includes:
- Personalised greeting
- Opener thanking the customer for their reservation
- Custom banner message - by default this is to highlight that the order is a reservation and to contact the Box Office to make payment and confirm it
- Customer details
- Reservation details
- Order history if reservation has been amended
- Button to view reservation details online (via the customer’s online account)
- Social icons
