Overview 

This setting allows you to prioritise selected countries to appear at the top of the customer details field 'country', saving your team and customers time scrolling to find their country.

By default, the list of countries is organised A-Z. E.g.,

When countries are selected to be prioritised, the selected countries will appear at the top of the list, organised A-Z, but separated from the other countries by a line of dashes. E.g.,

Prioritised countries appear both in Box Office and on the online site.

Notes

To select priority countries:

1. Go to Settings > General Settings > Priority Countries.
2. Select all countries you wish to be prioritised.
3. Click Update.
