Overview

Enabling this setting will remove any per ticket booking fee or booking charge that is set. It can be enabled at account level down to an event level, or on individual ticket prices. 

Notes

• This setting is useful for tickets of no value, like complimentary tickets. It is also useful if a booking charge needs to be removed across a whole show or event.
  
  
• Per ticket booking fees are set in the "boxoffice booking fee amount", "online booking fee amount", and "phone booking fee amount" settings, and booking charges are set in the "booking charges" setting. For more on setting up booking fees and charges, see Related Articles.
  
  
• This setting will remove per ticket booking fees as well, although these can also be amended at various levels using the "boxoffice booking fee amount", "online booking fee amount", and "phone booking fee amount", settings.
  
  
• This setting should not be used if a ticket is being discounted down to a 0 value, as it will remove the booking fee/charge from full price tickets as well.
