Notes
- The Exchange Tool is used to contact customers for cancelled or rescheduled events, and can offer customers to exchange their tickets for donations, refunds, rescheduled dates of the same show, or credit vouchers. You can decide the options that tickets can be exchanged for by reading the below related articles.
- Whilst customers are opting to exchange their tickets for a donation, you will still need to process the exchange manually. You can report on what customers have opted to do with their tickets by going to the event in Box Office and view the 'Customer List'. Exchange options are listed in the 'Comments' column.
