Overview
When using the Exchange Tool, this setting enables customers to opt to exchange their tickets for a reschedule of the same show.
Note: You will need the setting "exchange_reschedule_allowed_offer_dates" enabled for this setting to work.

Notes
- The Exchange Tool is used to contact customers for cancelled or rescheduled events, and can offer customers to exchange their tickets for donations, refunds, rescheduled dates of the same show, or credit vouchers. You can decide the options that tickets can be exchanged for by reading the below related articles.
- Whilst customers are opting to exchange their tickets for a rescheduled date, you will still need to process the exchange manually. You can report on what customers have opted to do with their tickets by going to the event in Box Office and view the 'Customer List'. Exchange options are listed in the 'Comments' column.
- Customers will only be able to exchange their tickets to reschedules of the same show. Events that customers are allowed to exchange their tickets to must have the events tag 'reschedule'.
